LOCATION & ACCESS

WHERE IS STÜCK LOCATED?

→ STÜCK is based in Central East London, Zone 2. The exact location is shared only with members.

IS YOUR SPACE ACCESSIBLE?

→ We’ve done our best to make the space welcoming to everyone. There’s a ramp at the entrance and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. Currently, the first floor isn’t wheelchair accessible due to ongoing construction. These works will be completed in 2026.

CAN I VIEW THE SPACE BEFORE JOINING?

→ We’re not offering viewings, as STÜCK is a space designed to prioritise discretion and comfort. Once inside, you’ll see exactly why. Every detail is intentional, and the full experience is reserved for members.

IS THERE A WAY TO TRY IT BEFORE COMMITTING?

→ There are no trials. If the words resonate, the space will too.

WILL THERE BE A STÜCK IN BERLIN, AMSTERDAM, OR NYC?

→ We’ve seen the interest and we’re listening. Right now, our focus is on shaping this first home with care. Expansion will come when the time feels right.

CAN I TRUST THIS? IT FEELS A LITTLE MYSTERIOUS.

→ Yes. And that’s the point. Every part of STÜCK is designed with consent, safety, and discretion at its core. This is not a product, it’s a permanent space designed to protect your presence. What we’ve built wasn’t rushed. And the ones meant to be here always find it.

IS SAFETY ADDRESSED IN THE SPACE?

→ Safety isn’t a feature. It’s the foundation. From our community's ethos to consent culture, it’s woven into STÜCK.

MEMBERSHIP & COMMITMENT

I DON’T LIVE IN LONDON. CAN I STILL JOIN?

→ Yes, absolutely.STÜCK is a members' club, and if you travel to London, this becomes your space.While we respect both KV and Pro Perv, STÜCK offers something entirely different: a permanent space for those who live beyond binaries; in connection, curiosity, and care.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

→ Launch Pricing (until July 2025)

→ Founding Membership is £450/year

→ Monthly Membership is £45/month (3-month minimum)

→ Regular Pricing

→ Annual Membership is £800/year

→ Monthly Membership is £80/month (3-month minimum)

APPLICATION PROCESS

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH KLUB VERBOTEN?

→ No & Yes, but if you are a member, you may be eligible for fast-track consideration. Please include your KV membership number when applying.

DO I NEED TO INCLUDE MY SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE?

→ We fully understand that not everyone uses social media, or your profile may be private. Currently, we require a temp public social media profile for verification purposes but other options will become available in the future.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?

→ Once you apply, your submission is reviewed by our membership team with care and intention.STÜCK is a highly curated space. We don’t accept everyone, and we don’t rush the process. All applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.
If your application aligns, you’ll be contacted directly with next steps.This may include a follow-up question, a request for clarification, or an invitation to confirm your membership.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? / CAN I RESTART MY MEMBERSHIP ONCE IT’S BEEN CANCELLED?

→ You can cancel your membership at any time after your initial 3-month commitment. Just email our concierge team and we’ll handle it smoothly. If you choose to return, we’d love to welcome you back, pending availability and a quick re-vetting to ensure everything still aligns. Just note that membership spots are limited and rejoining may not be immediate.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED?

→ Applications are reviewed carefully and may take up to one month.

CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

→ Yes, you are able to upgrade your membership types at various points, including during renewal. Members can also upgrade their membership before renewal by contacting concierge@stueckclub.com

CAN I BRING GUESTS? IS THERE A +1 FEATURE?

→ Monthly members can bring +1 (daytime access only)Annual members can bring +1 (full access)

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE SPACE WITH THE MEMBERSHIP?

→ Members have access to STÜCK 7 days a week, from 10am to midnight. Come as often as you like. This is your space.

CAN I VOUCH FOR MY FRIENDS TO BE MEMBERS?

→ Yes, but with intention. STÜCK is a curated space built on trust. If you’re a member and want to vouch for someone, you may invite them to apply. They’ll still go through the full vetting process, but your referral carries weight. Choose wisely.

CAN I COME AS A GUEST?

→ Guests are welcome when accompanied by an active member, and each visit must be registered in advance. Some events and areas may remain member-only.
